As Axon's Senior Client Engineer, you will be a senior technical owner within the IT Engineering team, helping shape how Axon's global workforce connects, collaborates, and stays secure. This hands‑on, individual‑contributor role requires you to lead complex technical workstreams, operate independently, and partner cross‑functionally across IT, Security, Legal, People Operations, and business teams.

This role is based out of our Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in‑person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
Base Pay Range: $137,250–$219,600 USD
