Qualifications
Deep technical knowledge of macOS required.
Experience with SSO/SAML solutions like Okta and Ping.
Proficiency with MDM software such as JAMF or Kandji.
Understanding of basic networking concepts like DNS and firewalls.
Experience with AWS or GCP for cloud operations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Desire to learn and grow technically is essential.
Strong communication skills to assist colleagues effectively.
Familiarity with SaaS APIs for automation and provisioning.
Comfort in using infrastructure-as-code tools.
Responsibilities
