Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of macOS required.
• Experience with SSO/SAML solutions like Okta and Ping.
• Proficiency with MDM software such as JAMF or Kandji.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts like DNS and firewalls.
• Experience with AWS or GCP for cloud operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Desire to learn and grow technically is essential.
• Strong communication skills to assist colleagues effectively.
• Familiarity with SaaS APIs for automation and provisioning.
• Comfort in using infrastructure-as-code tools.

Responsibilities
