Job summary

Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join the Digital Engagement Services Team. You will develop, maintain and support customer-facing applications and integrations, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues while collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and other council services across Argyll and Bute.

You should have an HND in Computing at SCQF Level 8 or equivalent, plus substantial IT experience, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and the ability

• Significant experience in a relevant IT technical role.
• Configuring, installing, deploying and supporting applications.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering IT solutions using a recognised project management approach.
