Produce and maintain technical design documents, implementation specs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Act as an escalation point and technical subject matter expert for the IT Support and Systems Administration teams. Contribute to day-to-day IT operations alongside project work, including escalated tickets, troubleshooting end-user and system issues, system maintenance, and recurring administrative tasks. Evaluate emerging technologies and prospective vendors, and recommend solutions that reduce risk, cost, and manual effort.
