Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science with related experience
• 3–5 years supporting EHR and Practice Management in healthcare
• HL7 proficiency and IT security best practices preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and supporting software
• Proficiency with JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking
• Advanced Windows knowledge and IT troubleshooting
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with networking setup and management
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, Swagger for testing
• Strong communication and collaboration within teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development to integrate HL7 standards.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems securely.
• Gather and document business requirements for the EHR system.
• Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, troubleshooting, HIPAA compliance.
• Resolve technical issues with developers and admins.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups for data integrity.
• Provide end-user support via vendor Support Teams.
• Assist trainers with clinic staff training.
• Analyze clinical workflows to optimize EHR processes.
• Generate and analyze reports for decision-making.
• Provide Windows troubleshooting and cloud platform support.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Create clear JIRA tickets for developers.
• Ensure IT security of systems and data per best practices.
• Use REST APIs, Postman, Swagger for testing and docs.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
