Job summary

The candidate will oversee cybersecurity, data integrity, cloud and on‑prem systems, and compliance with NIST standards, while guiding a team of managers and coordinating across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field; 10+ years IT experience with infrastructure, systems and security
• Proven IT leadership or senior management experience
• Hands-on experience with NIST frameworks (800-171/800-172) and regulated environments
• Strong enterprise cybersecurity program knowledge and governance
• Experience coordinating penetration testing and third‑party security vendors

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain an IT strategy supporting company objectives
• Lead cybersecurity programs, backups, and BCDR plans
• Ensure NIST compliance across enterprise systems and assess security posture
• Manage cybersecurity risk, vulnerability management, and remediation
• Coordinate penetration testing and vendor engagements for security testing
• Implement automated security controls and incident response workflows
• Oversee IT automation, scripting, and tooling for operations
• Manage cloud-based and on-prem systems, storage, compute, and networking
• Collaborate with users and management on technology needs and requirements
• Lead and develop IT staff and establish department direction
• Enforce policies and procedures across IT and cybersecurity
• Manage centralized helpdesk, onboarding, and technology deployments
• Oversee Microsoft 365 environment including SharePoint and Teams
• Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking against best practices
