Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in IT, enterprise systems, or technology solution delivery.
5+ years leading enterprise application teams or complex implementations.
Direct experience with OneStream or comparable CPM/EPM platforms.
Experience supporting Finance or Corporate Functions with technology solutions.
SOX-compliant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the technology strategy, delivery, and day-to-day operations for Mohawk's corporate finance systems as senior IT Business Partner to Finance.
Lead administration, enhancement, and multi-year roadmap of OneStream for planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
Own integration architecture across ERP, OneStream, and upstream systems with well-documented data flows.
Partner with business unit IT teams to handle segment-specific configurations within enterprise architecture.
Develop and manage annual IT budget for corporate finance systems and present investment cases.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of financial and corporate technology projects, including requirements, testing, deployment, and change management.
Implement data governance controls, automate data quality, and manage access controls across platforms.
Evaluate and deploy AI/ML capabilities in OneStream and adjacent platforms to improve forecasting and automation.
Manage vendor relations, contracts, and SLAs for OneStream and other providers, ensuring SOX IT controls.
