Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree in IS&T or related field (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years’ experience can substitute for an Associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/laptop configuration, maintenance, and software support.
• Support mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and support of UC Health desktop software and hardware.
• Respond to end-user issues and maintain SLAs.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
