About This Job :

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical resource for your team, managing associate technicians, handling escalations, and being the point of contact for our major accounts. Your responsibilities include providing in-person and remote technical support, such as cabling, configuring firewalls, or deploying large numbers of computers. You will primarily support Mac OS and Windows devices, facilitate IT shipments for onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including business owners and C-level executives. Building strong client relationships and delivering effective resolution for escalations will be key aspects of your role.

This position is hybrid, requiring both onsite and remote support.

What You'll Do :

• Configure and support Mac OS, Windows, and other devices in office and remote settings
• Manage physical assets like inventory, cable management, and workspace setup
• Support identity management platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace
• Administer various SaaS applications
• Develop and update standards, policies, and procedures, aligning with compliance requirements
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure tailored to client needs
• Configure automations and tools related to onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate IT shipments, including onboarding and offboarding equipment
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients
• Act as a technical escalation point for technicians and professional services
• Assist in executing IT projects like network setups and MDM deployments
• Mentor and train new associate technicians
• Perform other duties as needed

About You :

• Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field
• 8+ years of experience in an IT role
• Expertise in Mac OS and Windows platforms
• Advanced IT certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+)
• Experience managing core cloud SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, MS O365, Notion, JIRA)
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, SSO, & SAML
• Ability to diagnose root causes of issues and resolve them effectively
• Understanding of compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for IT and building relationships
• Curious, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change
