Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Principal Analyst, IT Compliance to lead assessments ensuring SOX and PCI controls across the IT landscape. You will work with IT, internal and external auditors, and senior leadership to translate regulatory requirements into actionable programs.

You will own regulatory monitoring, policy development, and reporting, driving continuous compliance while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years in regulatory IT compliance or auditing environment.
• Experience with PCI and SOX controls and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance assessments and review evidence.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Develop and communicate technology roadmaps and policies.
• Manage internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
• Provide training on compliance policies and procedures.
