Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Principal Analyst, IT Compliance to lead IT regulatory programs, drive audits, and partner with auditors and senior leadership. The role emphasizes PCI, SOX, and GDPR alignment across the enterprise.

The position is remote with periodic travel to Carnival’s Miami headquarters; it requires expert risk assessment, governance, and exceptional communication for cross-functional teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or related equivalent work experience.
• Experience in PCI and SOX regulatory environments and IT audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, access controls, and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT compliance assessments and liaise with auditors.
• Develop and communicate IT compliance roadmaps and remediation plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage vendor and third-party compliance reviews.
