Guidehouse seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a federal IT modernization program. The role requires translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and working with delivery teams to ensure alignment with budgets, governance, and compliance.

You will engage stakeholders and drive workshops to refine processes and maximize impact. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BA roles within Agile environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a federal Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile software development projects.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience coordinating and communicating across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain federal Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery activities related to IT system modernization and budget processes.
• Translate business needs into actionable development tasks and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams.
• Develop project documentation such as requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Support issue, risk, dependency, and change management.
