The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in Lansing, MI seeks a senior IT Business Analyst to support MDOT. You will analyze complex processes, gather requirements, facilitate sessions, and guide implementations while coordinating with developers and clients.

Hybrid work with 2 days in the office weekly; a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 may be offered to eligible candidates and conditions apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in computer science, data processing, IT or related field.
• Two years of professional IT/Programmer-Analyst experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex business processes and document current and future state flows.
• Develop detailed business process flows and trace/validate requirements.
• Gather, manage, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and ensure clear, testable specifications.
• Support system user acceptance testing and create user documentation.
• Serve as liaison between clients and developers on system requirements.
