Maintain and support business software.
Develop and maintain understanding of application configuration, integrations, database structures, data use, and process inputs and outputs.
Ensure data flows correctly between systems and troubleshoot integration issues.
Support project teams with WBS structures, budgets, resource forecasts, progress reports, and standardized contract reporting forms.
Act as project manager for IT initiatives within the Project Controls portfolio.
Document system processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Address incidents, fulfill requests, administer changes, and resolve problems according to technology policies and best practices.
Provide timely production support in accordance with SLAs.
Escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Mentor and educate team members.
Assist IT management and end users in determining the feasibility of potential systems projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years supporting business applications within an IT organization
In-depth subject matter expertise in JDE processes
JDE Orchestrator experience
Experience integrating core ERP functions with peripheral technologies
Understanding and management of seamless system integrations
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate updates or changes with other system owners
Project management experience preferred
Ability to travel 40–60% of the time to job sites/office locations
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger motions
Ability to work in noisy, quiet, and outdoor environments
Ability to adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds
