We seek a Senior Business Analyst to advance cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, manufacturing, Quality, clinical, and commercial operations, translating complex needs into actionable requirements and driving enterprise-wide processes.

You will collaborate across SharePoint, ERP, QMS, and SaaS platforms, shaping solutions that protect patients and improve compliance, data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, process design, or related roles, including leadership of cross-functional work.
Experience with Agile, iterative, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches.
Regulated or publicly traded environments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand requests and shape requirements before projects proceed.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and identify root causes.
Model current and future-state processes with clear ownership and controls.
Translate needs into testable requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with architects, data resources, and vendors to evaluate solution options.
Mentor other analysts and improve methodologies across the team.
