Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
Experience with commercial banking, lending, and core banking modernization.
Proficiency with SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
Experience delivering across SDLC and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non‑functional, technical, data, reporting, and integration requirements.
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders; document decisions and actions.
Define current and target state processes, data flows, mappings, and data lineage.
Analyze impacts across core banking platforms, origination, servicing, and regulatory reporting.
Provide subject matter expertise to guide solution design, testing, and go‑live readiness.
