You will lead discovery, define target processes, analyze data with SQL and Python, and ensure regulatory, auditability and risk management while delivering end-to-end solutions.

Hybrid schedule with collaboration across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, and IT; a strong track record in commercial lending is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and operations.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
• Hands-on SQL and Python for data extraction, profiling, and validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non‑functional, technical, data, reporting, control, and integration requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and document decisions with clear outcomes.
• Define current and target state processes, data lineage, interface specs, and data conversion requirements.
• Analyze impacts across core banking platforms, loan origination and servicing systems, and related interfaces.
• Develop business use cases, drive data-driven improvement, and support end‑to‑end delivery.
