Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to automate and manage identity and IT service workflows in a SaaS-first environment across Okta, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, and more.

You will own lifecycle automation from joiner to deprovisioning, build AI-assisted workflows, and partner with People, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to drive secure, scalable systems while maintaining audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience automating IT and identity operations in a SaaS-first environment.
• Hands-on administration of Okta, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace.
• Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Automate joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle end to end across multiple platforms.
• Own Okta Workflows and SCIM provisioning with governance and version control.
• Admin Jira Service Management: automation rules, routing, approvals, SLA logic.
• Build multi-step, event-driven flows in integration/orchestration platforms.
• Ensure security-conscious by default: least privilege, audit logging, and documented runbooks.
