Job summary

Axon seeks an IT Audit professional to join our Corporate Audit team in Boston, MA. You will own testing of ITGCs/ITACs under SOX, perform data analysis, and partner with business and technology owners to strengthen controls.

This hands-on role emphasizes automation, analytics and AI-enabled audit processes, reporting to the VP of Corporate Audit. 3–5 years of audit experience and a CPA/CIA/CISA designation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years audit experience.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA designation preferred.
• Experience auditing ITGCs/ITACs under SOX methodology.

Responsibilities

• Execute ITGC/ITAC testing and report findings.
• Lead walkthroughs with process owners to assess controls.
• Perform data analysis to support audit procedures.
• Document workpapers and remediation steps clearly.
• Collaborate with external auditors to reduce duplicative requests.
• Identify opportunities for automation and analytics in audits.
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations.
