Job summary

Axon in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to join the Corporate Audit team. You will report to the VP and own ITGC/ITAC testing and key SOX reports, collaborating with business and technology owners to assess controls and risks.

This hands-on role emphasizes using data analytics and automation to make audits smarter, documenting workpapers, and delivering clear recommendations. A CPA/CIA/CISA designation and 3–5 years of IT audit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years audit experience.
• CPA/CIA/CISA designation preferred.
• Experience auditing ITGCs, ITACs, and SOX-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing procedures for ITGCs, ITACs, and Key Reports in accordance with SOX requirements.
• Perform operational audits, including pre/post implementation reviews and security reviews.
• Lead walkthroughs with business and technology owners to understand processes, evaluate control design, and identify risks.
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support audit procedures.
• Prepare audit reports and summarize analysis and results, providing actionable recommendations.
• Partner with external auditors to facilitate reliance on Corporate Audit’s work.
