This remote role offers travel to various regions and requires 3+ years in auditing with SOX ITGC/ITAC experience. The role supports internal controls over financial reporting and may involve international travel. Candidates with CPA/CISA/CIA or progress toward designation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of auditing experience.
• SOX testing experience across ITGCs and ITACs.
• Experience with business process controls or willingness to develop in non-IT audits.

Responsibilities

• Conducts review of documentation to determine compliance with IT and financial control standards.
• Leads annual global SOX audit process for ITGCs/ITACs and related testing.
• Leads or assists IT audits and system implementation audits per plan.
• Identifies deviations and determines further investigation.
• Prepares audit reports detailing observations and recommendations.
• Interacts with internal clients and follows up on audit recommendations.
• Coordinates with co-sourced providers and external auditors.
