Job summary

Circle K in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join the Global Internal Audit team and evaluate internal controls across IT processes. You will lead IT audit mandates, communicate findings, and advise on improvements to support business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics with at least 3 in IT audit, professional certifications, strong communication, and comfort with travel up to 15%. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is desirable, and experience in retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS / IT / accounting or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA (or in progress).
• Cybersecurity certs (CSX, CEH, GSEC) desirable.
• 5+ years in analytics (auditing/IT analysis) with at least 3 in IT audit.
• Public sector or Big 6 external audit experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
• Retail industry experience desirable.
• Knowledge of IT applications, databases, or operating systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all IT audit mandates (ITGC and Application Controls) per standards.
• Communicate findings with actionable recommendations and remediation plans.
• Plan and perform follow-ups to ensure action plans are implemented.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management clearly and concisely.
• Act as strategic partner with management on controls and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to evolving IT audit strategy and methodology.
