Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Senior Manager for Global ICOFR & Internal Audit in Tempe, AZ. You will coordinate ICOFR activities, oversee control assessments, and partner with IT, finance, and operations to strengthen the control environment.

You will drive risk-based audits, lead a team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to ensure robust governance and effective remediation of control deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/CIA or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, ICOFR/SOX compliance or external audit.
• Experience leading teams and complex compliance programs in a large public company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICOFR scoping, planning, and risk assessments.
• Oversee control design and operating effectiveness assessments.
• Align ITGCs and automated controls with ICOFR requirements.
• Lead external auditor testing and remediation planning.
• Provide governance and reporting to management and committees.
