Job summary

RPM International Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to lead and execute IT internal audit activities, including testing of ITGCs and supporting ICFR, information security audits, and ERP implementations. You will mentor staff auditors and work with IT, finance, and external auditors across RPM's global operations.

The role requires strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with limited supervision. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years IT internal audit or related assurance work.
• Experience evaluating ITGCs and supporting SOX or ICFR.
• Ability to document conclusions with evidence and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a global, publicly traded organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based IT audits across RPM's global operations.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness via testing and documentation.
• Identify deficiencies, draft observations, and communicate progress to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors under IT Audit management.
• Support remediation tracking and follow-up testing.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff during engagements.
• Maintain knowledge of IT risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business stakeholders; travel as needed.
