Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to lead testing of ITGCs, ITACs and Key Reports under SOX. You will perform operational audits, data analysis, and walkthroughs with business and tech owners to identify risks and strengthen controls.

The role requires 3-5 years of audit experience and certifications (CPA/CIA/CISA), with exposure toAutomation tools like Alteryx/SQL and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. On-site in Scottsdale, AZ, with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years audit experience.
• CPA/CIA/CISA designation.
• Experience auditing ITGCs/ITACs and Key Reports per SOX methodology.

Responsibilities

• Execute ITGCs, ITACs, and Key Reports testing under SOX.
• Conduct operational audits including pre/post implementation reviews.
• Lead walkthroughs with owners to map processes and risks.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights for audits.
• Prepare detailed audit workpapers with findings and recommendations.
• Investigate control deficiencies and support remediation plans.
• Prepare audit reports and present to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors to leverage work.
• Identify opportunities for automation and use of AI in audits.
