Job summary

The position emphasizes developing audit plans, testing controls, and reporting findings. Preference given to CIA/CISA/CPA certifications and utility IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance with at least 5 years IT/OT, cybersecurity, or IT audit experience.
• Candidates without a degree need a minimum of 7 years of IT/OT or audit experience.
• Strong data analytics skills and the ability to run complex analyses.
• Proven leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Compliance with 10 CFR 810 is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT/OT IT audits of cybersecurity, financial and operational processes.
• Conduct walkthroughs and testing of internal controls.
• Contribute to annual audit plan development and topic proposals.
• Develop actionable remediation plans with management concurrence.
• Draft reports with findings and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current on auditing standards and industry best practices.
