Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Senior IT Auditor in Houston. You will lead complex IT audits, covering cybersecurity, cloud controls, and IT governance, applying a disciplined risk-based approach to improve operations.

In this role you will develop audit programs, manage risk assessments, and collaborate on system implementations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; we value experience with AuditBoard/Optro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, CS or equivalent.
• CISA / CIA / CISSP / CPA preferred certifications.
• 5 years of relevant experience, 2 years IT internal audit.
• Experience with audit management software (Optro/AuditBoard).

Responsibilities

• Lead full IT audits, including planning, walkthroughs, risk and control identification.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs for departments and businesses.
• Conduct risk assessments with high complexity.
• Collaborate on system implementation projects focusing on risk and controls.
• Develop robust audit work papers meeting IIA standards.
• Produce issue-based reports; discuss findings with management.
• Utilize security tools, data analytics, and AI to enhance audit planning/testing.
• Validate and communicate audit issues with IT and client management.
• Suggest improvements to audit processes.
