Banc of California, Inc. is seeking an Officer, Senior IT Auditor to execute risk-based IT audits and control assessments across technology domains. You will evaluate IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Responsibilities include fieldwork, planning, issue validation, and supporting audit reporting, with collaboration across business leaders and the Internal Audit team to strengthen controls and risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of IT Audit, Information Security, or Risk Management experience.
• At least 2 years in banking or financial services industry.
• Professional certifications such as CISA/CIA/CPA preferred.
• Experience auditing IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud, and IAM.
• Knowledge of FFIEC, NIST CSF, COBIT, COSO and banking regs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a substantial portion of audit fieldwork.
• Execute audits, issue follow-ups, and special projects.
• Manage multiple audits from moderate to high complexity.
• Plan and execute audits including scope and timeliness.
• Stay current on business, products, and services.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Inform Audit Directors of progress and significant issues.
• Evaluate ITGC, application controls, cybersecurity, cloud governance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and weaknesses.
• Assist in developing reports with observations and remedies.
