eBay is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join our Global Internal Audit team in Austin, Texas. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days a week and focuses on IT control testing, risk assessment, and cross-region collaboration to deliver impactful audit results.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in internal/external audit, knowledge of AI-related risks and controls, and professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk management, finance, or business operations.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-related risks and controls, including AI governance, data management, privacy and security, access, change management, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Complete IT audit programs, including control build and operating efficiency testing.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit team across regions and time zones.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and business risks, then convert risks into audit issues and recommendations.
• Evaluate AI-enabled technologies to identify AI-related risks and governance.
• Draft audit documentation and findings, and support audit reports.
• Facilitate issue tracking, remediation validation, and closure of audit findings.
• Build and improve AI-enabled tools to enhance audit execution.
• Improve audit processes and value to the organization.
