Block is seeking an IT Audit Senior Manager with deep technical audit expertise to lead risk-based IT audits across technology, cybersecurity, and banking operations, including affiliates. You will assess controls, data integrity, and service providers, and drive audit coverage in a global setting.

You will apply data analytics and AI tools to strengthen risk assessment and testing, mentor colleagues, and push continuous improvement in audit methodologies within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT audit experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data analytics and AI tools in audit lifecycle.
• Executive presence and ability to manage multiple audits in fast-paced environments.
• Professional certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRCM.
• Ability to coach colleagues and support integrated audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform risk-based IT audits with testing and reporting.
• Assess cybersecurity risks across IAM, cloud, network security, and vulnerability management.
• Audit banking applications and interfaces with focus on controls and data integrity.
• Evaluate third-party tech services and accountability for controls.
• Maintain IT audit universe and contribute to annual plan.
• Support integrated audits and cross-functional collaboration.
