Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Manager - IT Audit in Chicago to lead complex IT and integrated audits, partnering with business and technology leadership to assess risk and strengthen controls across the enterprise.

You will guide audit teams, communicate findings to senior management, and help drive continuous improvement in Aon’s global control environment while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT audit experience in a large organization or professional services
• Proven ability to lead complex audits and manage stakeholder relationships
• Experience with technology risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT assurance, advisory, and risk-based audits per annual plan
• Evaluate IT controls design and operating effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Present findings and risk themes to executive leadership and Audit Committee support
• Supervise audit teams and co-sourced resources; mentor staff
