Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of auditing, accounting, or related experience.
• Graduate degree or CIA/CPA/CISA can substitute for one year of required experience - Preferred.
• Professional certification and/or Graduate degree in a relevant field - Preferred.
• Experience in industry auditing or accounting, and in conducting audits pertinent to the industry - Preferred.
• Experience in using data analytics/analysis to perform more effective and efficient audits - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses compliance with governmental regulatory requirements, financial accounting standards, and company policies to safeguard assets.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Company information obtained in the normal course of an audit assignment.
• Executes detailed audit procedures by reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures.
• Manages multiple tasks concurrently.
• Works efficiently in a changing environment.
• Advises internal audit supervisor of problems encountered in a timely manner.
• Ensures evidence is sufficient and relevant to support conclusions.
• Collaborates with team members to set audit goals and responsibilities.
• Assists in planning audit projects.
• Identifies and evaluates risk factors and helps develop audit scope and testing procedures.
• Pursues professional development opportunities and shares knowledge with coworkers.
