Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits and ensure compliance with Nevada MICS, NGCB, and Title 31/AML requirements. You will manage audit planning, supervision, and reporting across gaming and non-gaming departments.

The role requires 5+ years in gaming audits, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership experience. Excellent communication and integrity are essential, with a focus on regulatory readiness and collaboration with regulators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of internal or external audit experience in the Gaming Industry.
• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada gaming operations, systems, and internal controls.
• Certifications (Preferred) CIA, CPA, CISA or CFE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with Nevada gaming regulations and property risk assessments.
• Maintain audit methodologies consistent with industry standards and NGCB expectations, internal controls over financial reporting, the IIA framework.
• Lead audits ensuring compliance with Nevada MICS, NGCB rules, internal controls, and property procedures.
• Review audit workpapers and evidence for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and Management responses.
• Coordinate responses and corrective actions with Management and track progress.
