Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise IT Asset Management or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with software licensing constructs (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, VMware).
• Experience in due diligence and integration activities for mergers/acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME and advisor for ITAM across software, hardware, and supplier domains.
• Establish governance structures aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead lifecycle frameworks, data standards, and policies ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee licensing portfolios, provide financial impact analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Lead enterprise lifecycle strategies using asset data insights and risk modeling.
• Conduct complex license reconciliations, audits, and regulatory readiness assessments.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives for asset optimization, cost management, and vendor governance.
• Provide advanced analytics and executive-level reporting on ITAM tooling strategy.
