Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Sr. Corporate Support - IT Asset Management to lead plans and processes for asset management across the enterprise. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness is required.

The role focuses on asset tracking, compliance reporting, and lifecycle management of IT assets within a federal/IC framework, coordinating with senior stakeholders and procurement teams to align with mission goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT asset management or related oversight in federal/IC environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage plans, processes, assessments, reports and briefings to the customer supporting logistics, property management, asset management, application portfolio management and capitalized property acquisitions activities.
• Perform Supply Chain Risk Management activities within acquisition, property or asset management.
• Maintain the Corporate Product List (CPL).
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver mitigation plans, technical data, and plans of action and milestones in response to inspections or audits, FISMA, or other external reviews.
• Work with senior stakeholders, procurement officers, and technical teams to align asset management strategies with mission goals.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, capitalized property procedures, and audit readiness requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing asset tracking tools, inventory control mechanisms, and compliance reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in software license management, procurement processes, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
