Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to oversee enterprise hardware and software portfolios and drive lifecycle strategies across the organization. You will own asset purchases, manage license renewals, and coordinate with end-user support and vendors to optimize spend while ensuring compliance and strong data governance.

The role requires manufacturing IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow and Apptio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise hardware and software across the organization.
• Own the process for purchasing hardware and software assets.
• Handle software license renewals and maintenance with major vendors.
• Coordinate lifecycle management with end-user support and vendors.
• Ensure license compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain accuracy of the CMDB for IT assets.
• Develop and enforce asset management standards and policies.
• Analyze KPI data and generate standardized asset reports.
• Support cost optimization initiatives with vendor management.
• Provide SME knowledge sharing and mentoring across DT teams.
