• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments in global organizations.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Experience governing outsourced infrastructure services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, security, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise architecture for Windows Server and core infrastructure.
• Define roadmaps for server, identity, virtualization, backup, and datacenters.
• Develop architecture standards, reference designs, and governance guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and modernization opportunities.
• Drive standardization, consolidation and simplification across infrastructure.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture principles.
• Review and approve infrastructure designs; act as design authority.
• Ensure outsourced services comply with architecture standards.
• Manage escalations and architectural risks; participate in governance boards.
• Support incident handling with architectural input when needed.
• Maintain technical decision records and reference architectures.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and reduce technical debt.
