Job summary

Rehlko seeks a Senior IT Architect to lead software engineering and integrations across APIs, middleware, SAP extensions, and cloud platforms in a hybrid Milwaukee environment. You will shape architectural standards, govern design governance, and supervise internal and external delivery partners.

The role requires extensive IT experience and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-project initiatives while aligning with business goals and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 15+ years IT experience with deep enterprise architecture exposure.
• 3–5+ years leading concurrent projects as technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise architecture leadership for software development and integrations.
• Define standards, governance, and solution patterns across platforms.
• Oversee MSPs and vendors delivering development and integration work.
• Guide middleware, APIs, SAP extensions, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure security and quality.
