Job summary

The Superior Court of California, County of Butte is seeking a Principal Information Technology Analyst to lead high-level IT initiatives, manage complex projects, and ensure the stability and modernization of the court’s IT environment. Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible IT experience with at least two years in senior/specialist capacity managing complex IT projects or enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or closely related field.
• CCISP and current Microsoft certifications or demonstrated Microsoft 365 management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT initiatives to modernize infrastructure and improve system efficiency.
• Act as primary technical lead for complex IT projects including enterprise app deployments, cybersecurity enhancements, cloud migrations, and network modernization.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols in collaboration with leadership.
