Job summary

Rich Products Corporation, a global family-owned foods company, seeks a Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead SAP S/4HANA architecture and delivery across the ERP and supply chain landscape. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure global template adherence, manage integrations, and drive process excellence in O2C projects.

Remote work options are available, with up to 25% travel. This role requires 10+ years with SAP, strong leadership, and proven delivery of end-to-end SAP

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years with SAP and integrated applications.
7+ years in customization and configuration within SAP SD.
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations completed.
Experience designing complex integrated SAP-driven processes.
Bachelor's degree in a technological discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and cross-module integration for O2C.
Guide business in using platform functionality and resolve integration challenges.
Develop functional and integration specifications.
Oversee system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
Manage small cross-functional teams and external partners.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D to capture requirements.
Ensure SAP global template adherence and address deviations.
Participate in testing cycles and go-live cutover activities.
