Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to support the evolution of our global ERP and supply chain landscape. In this hands on role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions that enable efficient order-to-cash processes, drive operational excellence, and support our global growth strategy.

Working across business and IT teams worldwide, you will influence technology decisions, guide solution design, and ensure

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP and integrated applications experience.
7+ years customizing SAP Sales and Distribution.
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Experience designing complex integrated processes with SAP-connected apps.
Bachelor's Degree in a technological discipline.
Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.

Responsibilities

Lead/Support functional design, cross-module integration, prototyping, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality.
Lifecycle support and progressive partner management of assigned applications and technologies.
Development of functional and integration specifications.
Development of system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
Manage and guide small cross functional teams of technical and process specialists, system integration partners and vendors.
Partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D stakeholders and other Digital service line teams.
Ensure SAP out of the box alignment and manage deviations.
Guide and participate in testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
