Rich Products Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead SAP S/4HANA architecture and delivery across our global ERP initiatives, enabling efficient order-to-cash processes and strong supply chain performance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will influence solution design, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration with critical commercial and financial systems while supporting global growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SAP and integrated applications
• 7+ years of customization and configuration in SAP Sales and Distribution
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience designing complex integrated SAP-enabled processes
• Knowledge of trade management, rebates, and eCommerce advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a technological discipline
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and cross-module integration, prototyping, and guide business in using platform capabilities
• Lifecycle support and partner management of applications and technologies
• Develop functional and integration specifications
• Develop system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions
• Lead small cross-functional teams of technical and process specialists, SI partners and vendors
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and other Digital service lines to capture business requirements
• Ensure SAP out-of-the-box adherence and address deviations
• Guide and participate in testing and cutover activities for go-live
