Job summary

Rich Products Corporation seeks an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead the SAP S/4HANA architecture and delivery, enabling efficient order-to-cash processes and global growth. Interface across Finance, Supply Chain, and other Digital teams to ensure integrated, compliant solutions worldwide.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on design and implementation with SAP.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications.
7+ years’ experience with customization and configuration of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead/Design functional and integration specifications for SAP solutions.
Provide lifecycle support and partner management for applications and technologies.
Develop functional and integration specifications for projects.
Design system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
Lead small cross-functional teams of technical and process specialists and vendors.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Digital teams to capture business requirements.
Ensure SAP out of the box (global template) adherence and address deviations.
Participate in testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
