Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking aTech Support lead within the Container Platform and Adoption Services organization. This principal-level contributor provides operational leadership for the enterprise container platform service across on‑premises and public cloud environments.

The role centers on service reliability, security, and resilience, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to set ownership, support models, and measurable service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years experience in project delivery involving SDLC and IT solutions.
• Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple work streams by aligning customer and operational needs and updating procedures.
• Lead governance for incident, change, capacity, availability, security, and DR practices.
• Provide technical guidance for design, coding, and deployment of enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and software consultants to ensure scalable, maintainable designs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex requirements translation and problem resolution.
