Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 4 years of software programming experience.
• Experience with .NET/Angular and Oracle to .NET/Angular migrations.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design, implement, and develop complex applications with minimal supervision.
• Accountable for application security, validation, evaluation, and implementation.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans.
• Set up and maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Gather requirements and analyze client operations to identify improvements.
• Lead or participate in project planning; provide estimates.
• Write business requirements and functional specs for client solutions.
• Review existing system designs to optimize performance and align with ITD strategy.
• Mentor other developers and potentially lead projects.
