Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience, including several years of systems development experience in the design and development of department-wide or enterprise-wide applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses complex problems, develops and implements solutions in a specialized technical environment.
• Develops and maintains scope and objectives for internal systems requirements including modules and applications.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of assigned functional areas and active business processes.
• Performs complex tasks involving analysis, design, configuration, development, and implementation of solutions for business units.
• Creates detailed requirements, analyses business needs, and validates solutions with the business.
