Job summary

Personal Consulting Agency is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer to support GKYC ecosystem initiatives. You will translate business and regulatory needs into implementable solutions and drive requirements engineering across delivery initiatives.

You will partner with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and perform data analysis to support solution delivery. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis.
• Hands-on Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices.
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of API and Integration Concepts; Data Mapping.
• Familiarity with Microservices and Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking; Very good command of English.
