Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage issues with key stakeholders to ensure remediation and compliance.
Drive issue quality reviews to align with policies, standards and procedures.
Facilitate quality control across end-to-end remediation programs and regulatory requirements.
Maintain robust tracking of issues and metrics to provide visibility of control gaps.
Identify root causes and develop corrective action plans for sustainable solutions.
Use data analytics to identify remediation trends and inform process improvements.
Collaborate with internal audit and senior management to drive issue resolution and risk awareness.
