Zusammenfassung

Leidos seeks a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for our Intelligence Sector/CABA. The role focuses on securing large-scale collection systems, maintaining accreditation, and enforcing RMF and DoD policies on the Annapolis Junction site.

You will lead security operations, develop SSPs/C&A, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the security posture across programs, with opportunities to innovate and influence national security outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience; 4 years may be substituted for degree.
• 7+ years of ISSO experience on IC/DoD programs of similar scope.
• Experience with customer Info Security tool suite.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level II or IAT Level III (CASP/CISSP).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Aufgaben

• Enhance security posture by IA initiatives, enforcing security policies and methodologies.
• Oversee security operations, evaluate security solutions, and perform vulnerability/risk assessments for accreditation.
• Manage CM for security software, hardware, and firmware; ensure compliance with controls.
• Develop and maintain security documentation (SSPs, RA, C&A, SRTMs).
• Ensure RMF/NISCAP compliance for authorizations.
• Provide technical security expertise and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures.
