Job summary

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Information Systems Security Officer to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time role requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance and deep expertise in information assurance, security policies, and compliance with DoD and IC programs.

You will oversee security operations, manage risk, and maintain System Security Plans, while coordinating with stakeholders to strengthen the security posture across classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IS/InfoSec with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of related experience may apply.
• Direct ISSO experience supporting IC or DoD programs of similar scope.
• Must have DoD 8140.03 IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and enforce policies across the program and enclave.
• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments for system authorization.
• Manage configuration and system integrity of security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans and security documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen system security posture and drive improvements.
